Tamerlane is a family and pet friendly community that is mostly situated under a lush canopy of Florida native Oak Trees. We have 141 units that make up our community which is governed by a board of nine of Tamerlane’s own elected homeowners. The community is located very close to Topeekeegee Yugnee Park, which is more commonly known as TY Park, which is where the Association’s board has their meetings tentatively every 3rd Tuesday of every month.

02/10/2022The Tamerlane color palette has been updated to exclude the Peach color. We are down to three colors: RedwoodMahoganyNavajo white Just a reminder, both Redwood and Mahogany are paint stains for wood. Our property is managed by Sunrise Management which is a property management company that handles our common area maintenance and association contracts such as lawn maintenance, garbage collection, recycling and repairs.
